Growing with intention. Living with authenticity.
Individual Therapy
We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Investing in a relationship with yourself is an invaluable commitment that yields lifelong benefits. It nurtures self-compassion, self-awareness, and personal growth, empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Family Therapy
Family life is rich, meaningful—and sometimes messy. In therapy, I help families navigate the ebb and flow of relationships, communication patterns, and roles as they evolve. Whether you’re adapting to new phases, reconnecting after strain, or building stronger foundations from the start, together we’ll work to enhance understanding, restore trust, and create a healthier dynamic where every member feels seen and heard.
Through family therapy, we’ll explore how your family system functions, how each person influences and is influenced by the whole, and begin to shift unhelpful patterns while strengthening connection and support. With intention and compassion, I guide you in developing clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and more authentic relationships that allow your family to thrive now and into the future.
Recovery Support
Support for Individuals in Recovery
Recovery is a powerful and courageous process—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a supportive, structured space to help you rebuild stability, strengthen coping skills, and reclaim your life with intention and purpose. Together, we’ll work through the emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges that come with transitioning back into daily life and redefining who you are in recovery.
Support for Loved Ones
Addiction affects more than the individual. Partners, parents, siblings, and friends also carry the weight of uncertainty, stress, and shifting roles. I offer therapy for loved ones who are supporting someone in recovery, helping you set boundaries, communicate effectively, and care for your own well-being without losing yourself in the process. Healing happens in connection—and everyone deserves a place to be supported.

Request a free consultation to see if I’m a good fit for you!
A quick consultation helps to ensure that it feels like I would be a good fit for you as your therapist, and to be sure I feel like I am able to meet your needs as well! There’s absolutely no commitment, pressure, or obligation.
Additionally, I believe it is essential to prioritize the well-being and safety of individuals in acute distress. For this reason, I do not accept high acuity or crisis clients due to the need for immediate and specialized care that I feel surpass the scope of my practice and availability as a Telehealth therapist.
